Insurance and payment options
We are a direct specialty care practice, which means we do not accept or bill commercial health insurance for any services rendered. If you have a health savings account, you may use those funds to pay your fees. You may still use your insurance to pay for services provided by outside vendors for labs, imaging, medications, and durable medical equipment.
* The practice has been recently credentialed with Medicare. We are now accepting patients enrolled in Medicare part B, with or without supplemental coverage. We do not accept any Medicare Advantage plans.
